Returns and Refunds Policy

 

At Elokise, we aim to provide our customers with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items and requesting refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

  • The return is initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations

Cancellation Policy
 

At Elokise, we are committed to providing quality products and services. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order or request a change. Please review our detailed cancellation policy below.


1. Cancellation of Physical Product Orders

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order for a physical item at any time before it is shipped, and receive a full refund. Please email us at support@elokise.co.za with your order number and reason for cancellation.


After Dispatch:
If your order has already been shipped, you may no longer cancel it. However, you can follow our Returns & Refunds process once you receive the item (see Refund Policy).


Refused Deliveries:
If a parcel is refused at the time of delivery and sent back to us, we will refund the cost of the product excluding shipping and handling fees, once we receive it in original condition.


2. Cancellation of Digital Product Purchases

Instant Downloads & Access Products (e.g. eBooks, digital templates, online courses):
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are not accepted once the download or access has been granted. All sales are final for digital products unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Pre-Orders or Scheduled Releases:
If you cancel a digital product before access is granted or before it is released, you are eligible for a full refund. Please send a request to support@elokise.co.za.


3. Subscription Services

Elokise does not offer subscription-based services at this time. However, if you made a payment by mistake or wish to cancel a transaction before the digital product is delivered, please contact us immediately at support@elokise.co.za.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

 If you subscribe to any of our services (e.g. AI tools, tutoring, premium content), you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current period.
